The Energy Efficiency Accelerator Network (EEAN) emerged from a critical need to coordinate and accelerate energy efficiency adoption in Uganda. Established under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development, EEAN serves as a virtual vehicle for coordinating stakeholders crucial to implementing energy efficiency initiatives.
