Policies and Regulations in EE

Current Status

The energy efficiency sector in Uganda is guided by the newly launched Energy Policy for Uganda 2023, providing a framework for sustainable energy development.

Policy dissemination and implementation, Review and updating of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Bill, Regulatory framework development, & Compliance monitoring and enforcement
